Elegant Horse Bust Bookends

Mid-century horse bust bookends bronze finish I believe they're casted metal, typically crafted in the 1940s to 1960s, They are solid and heavy, designed to effectively hold books upright, and are valued as sophisticated equestrian decor. Similar items are found across various retailers and auction sites, with prices generally ranging from around $55 to over $250 for vintage pairs depending on condition. These two bookends stand approximately 6 in tall each one weighing in at over 2 1/2 lbs. One of them has a small nick on the very bottom see the photo and the velvet that I believe was on the bottom is missing. I have searched the internet trying to find a set just like them and have not had any luck, most of these horse bust bookends are one of a kind design.
